Bible study resumes in September

FPC Presbyterian Women will resume their monthly Bible study at 10 am on Thursday, Sept. 10, with the first lesson from United Through Christ, Bound to Each Other, by Rhonda Mawhood Lee.

The book is a journey through Paul’s first letter to the Christians at Corinth. It explores the letter’s setting, divisions within the congregation, and ultimately, the gifts given to all through the work of Christ.

PW activities throughout the year also include:

Knit & Stitch

The Knit & Stitch group makes a variety of craft items, such as necklaces, scarves, and quilts, to sell at local craft fairs and farmers’ markets. We raise funds for missions and projects we support in our local and worldwide community.

Monthly Bible Study

The PW usually meet on the second Thursday of each month at 10 a.m. for a Bible study conducted by one of our members.

We have all been blessed with various gifts: crafting, cooking, hosting, organizing, teaching, gardening. Please bring your talents and enjoy the fellowship of the PW.
